Cuba changes the rules -- Cuban citizens can travel freely. The new rules — among the most anticipated changes introduced by President Raúl Castro — eliminate expensive, time-consuming paperwork for most Cubans, who will need only a passport to travel. (read entire article from Jan 13 New York Times here) Freedom to Travel US Citizens should have freedom to travel, just as citizens of other countries (including Cuba) have! We want normal diplomatic relations with Cuba. We want the right to travel freely.
