Dear IFCO Supporters,
I have been at SDA Cooper Hospital in Monrovia for almost a month now. It has been challenging, but certainly rewarding. The number of Ebola cases in Liberia has dropped exponentially, but we are still taking the precautions to screen all of our patients and take special measures in infection prevention and control. We are currently working with the Ministry of Health and International Medical Corps (IMC) through the transition of taking the ETU training to the hospital level and making it practical for our hospital setting with the “Keep Safe and Keep Serving” curriculum for staff training. Everyone’s spirits maintain high as we continue to provide services to patients and make our facility safe for our staff and healthcare providers.
We appreciate all of your support!
